What is the Law of Attraction and How Does It Work
The Laws of Attraction are a part of life, so you can live by then or you can choose not to. Many people have other names for them including The Golden Rule or Karma. There are certainly many expressions out there that people use all the time to explain it. We have often heard from our parents that you get what you give to others. When some one has done wrong people of then tell us not to worry as Karma will catch up to them - what comes around goes around.
More simply put, the Law of Attraction is anything to which you are attracted or drawn, anything to which you feel a kinship, be it a person, place, animal or thing. Experience teaches us that this would depend on our age and stage in life, our state of being, the silver spoons and blows that life has dealt us. In short there are so many variables that it is practically impossible to put down a Law of Attraction. How often have we sat in the doctor’s office or on a bus and simply felt either attracted to or repelled by a particular person. This is no positive or negative reflection on either you or the other person. It simply means that the person’s energies are vibrating on the same or different frequencies from the other person. By the same token when you are cheery, the day turns cheery and gay and you seem to attract happy people to you. However on your gloomy days the opposite happens just as easily. It is also to be remembered that the Laws of Attraction need not always be positive and ‘for you’. They could just as easily work against you. This is brought to life in the form of relationships that go sour, actions that hurt us and others, in all the things that have gone wrong in our lives because of choices we have made.
To continue on a positive note, it is to be remembered that if you want a positive outcome, you need to attract what you want into your life by aligning your heart and mind to the outcome of your desire.

Align your thoughts and feelings or mentally and emotionally put yourself in the future as if you have already achieved your goal. If it is a positive experience, you know that it is a positive or ‘building’ law of attraction. If it leaves you with a negative or down feeling, you know you should avoid the experience like the plague or you could work backwards and try to reverse some of the intervening negative steps so that you have a final positive result.
Take an inventory of all of the good things that are already going on in your life. This is something too many people often fail to do. You will find this process really inspirers you to be even more positive about other things in your life. All of this is going to result in the Laws of Attraction benefiting your life as a whole. There is a huge difference between a desire you have and a need that you have. When a person desires something they often feel very positive about the experience. When it comes to needs though the negative energy tends to be a part of it. This is why you need to really have a passion surrounding the goals you set for yourself. It is going to help you to maintain a high level of positive energy.
Think about the true desires you have in your life right now. This way you can use it to drive you to achieve your goals. When you focus only on what you need it can allow surges of negative energy to consume you. Do your best to be passionate and to celebrate your small successes on the way to your ultimate goals.
