How Kangen Water can Help Diabetes

The word Kangen originated from Japan. This means return to original. From the meaning of the word, it can be said that Kangen water helps the body to return to its original disposition. This water proves to very effective in helping a person recover from certain diseases that can be linked and connected to dehydration.

This could be due to the fact that Kangen water contains clusters of five to six water molecules, making this an excellent hydrator as smaller elements can move through the cellular membrane more easily. Regular water from the tap contains twelve to fifteen molecules of water which makes it more difficult for the human body to absorb and utilize water effectively.

How is it linked to diabetes? A research study done in one of the hospitals in Korea show that diabetic patients taking alkaline ionized water have greater chances for recovery and blood sugar level stability compared to those patients who were following the usual diabetic patients’ regime. In this study, diabetic patients were grouped separately; the group having a regular insulin shot and the group taking alkaline ionized water. The result of this study was explained in Dr. Won H. Kim’s book entitled “Water of Life”. He explained in this book the remarkable differences that were observed after the study was conducted. Accordingly, patients who followed the alkaline ionized water therapy have had stable blood sugar level while the other group which continuously had insulin shots never attained stable level of blood sugar. Their blood sugar levels have been rising and falling; a condition which is fetal to diabetic patients.

Other studies have shown that Kangen water slows down aging, alkalizes our body, and cleanses out the intestines. This reduces extra toxins that a diabetic’s body has to fight and try to get rid of and makes the diabetic a healthier person.

How does this work? By removing the build-up of toxins in the body, Kangen water prevents the ketones from building up. The ketones are then excreted through the urine most especially when it is impossible for the blood to handle these ketones. This condition can be very dangerous to people diagnosed with diabetes. Continuous occurrence of this condition may eventually lead to coma.

Unstable pH level in the body is very unhealthy as unstable pH level may cause the body organs and parts to malfunction. Certain studies also proved that Kangen water can actually aid in keeping the pH level at certain stability. Moreover, Kangen water also aids in melting the acids from the foods that people eat. People who are into these kinds of foods are most likely to become obese and Kangen water works well on this situation.

Kangen water is also a remarkable antioxidant. An antioxidant is a vitamin or nutrient that has a spare electron in its outer shell which they can contribute to free radicals. Once a free radical has all its electrons back, it becomes a normal healthy cell again. To duplicate the antioxidant effects of Kangen water with vitamins, it would cost a lot of money and require an individual to take a lot of vitamins.

How is Kangen water created? It is pretty simple really; by running tap water through an ionized water generator, one can create water that is free of chemicals and bacteria. The resulting water also contains lots of minerals that the body needs such as magnesium, calcium, and potassium.

By combining Kangen water with a healthy diet plan, proper exercise, and effective medical care, a person can reduce their chances of developing this disease. However, if a person is already diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes, the simple act of adding Kangen water to their current health regimen can reverse the effects of diabetes and eliminate or reduce future health risks associated with the disease.
