Anti Aging Wrinkle Cream - A Complete Scam?
STOP!! Before you spend another cent on another over-hyped anti aging wrinkle cream that doesn’t work, read this article. It might just save your face from aging rapidly and your wallet from shrinking at an even faster pace.
First of all, there is no cure-all anti aging wrinkle cream that will keep you young forever. Yes, there are some (albeit very few) anti aging wrinkle creams and treatments out there that do what they say (more on that later in this article), but using them alone will not do the trick.
If you really want to stay young looking at fifty, sixty and beyond, you need to take care of your insides as good as you take care of your outer appearance.
It all begins and ends with 1 thing: drinking water. Yes, water. Before you shake your head and close this page, consider the possibility that you have no clue as to how powerful water can be in the fight against aging. Drinking sufficient water regularly can take ten years or more off your appearance throughout a lifetime.
It sounds so basic - almost too good to be true; consume enough water and dramatically reduce dry skin, lines, puffy eyes and wrinkles. Yet it’s not. A user-friendly solution is to use rubber band reminders: Buy a pack of rubber bands and a 20-ounce water bottle. When finished drinking a bottle, wrap 1 rubber band around it. Do this until your 20-ounce bottle has 4 rubber bands on it. This way, you’ll know that you have hydrated your body with exactly 8 ten-ounce glasses of water in a day.
If you actually do this, you will be amazed at how tight, refreshed and vibrant your face (and the rest of your body) will start looking within just a couple of weeks.
Do this in addition to using a high quality anti aging wrinkle cream.
