Yes their are not that many mild Cuban cigars but the ones like Fonseca are good to get started on. Since the best Cuban cigars are strong, the best thing is to climb up the ladder. Cuban cigars are ranked by other factors too such as gauge size, length and overall construction. Also 99% of the Cuban cigars made in the world are hand rolled. The Cuban tradition of hand rolling cigars goes centuries back and has hardly changed at all.

Cuban cigars also come in various styles. Particularly the shapes and sizes such as Robusto, Torpedo etc. Some are short, some are long and the best way to find your size is to try them out. Cuban cigars are one of those things that you can read about it as much as you want, but to truly experience it, you have to try it yourself. Some brands I can suggest to get you going are Fonseca, Montecristo and Bolivar. Good way to get into the Cuban cigar game is to try the ones above. Each brand of Cuban cigars brings something new to the senses. The variations in brand really help people to select the one that is right for them. I like to enjoy Cuban cigars when I just want to relax by myself. I like to grab a nice bottle of wine, sit on my patio and puff away in the middle of the night. Cuban cigars are also one of the best way to have fun with your friends and family. Maybe have a nice father - song smoke off. Nothing wrong with that.

No matter where you get you Cuban cigars from, make sure they are legit. Only get them from authorized by Habanos SA distributors. You can’t get them in the US as they are illegal but you can get them on the Internet. Again watch out for people selling them for a few hundred bucks as you won’t even find them that low within Cuba!
