This is the “secret” to building muscle fast you’ve never heard

Is there really a secret to building muscle fast? Yes. And if you read this article right now, you’ll learn it and be able to apply it IMMEDIATELY so you can start getting the gains you want.

The truth is: this isn’t a “real” secret. It’s not like there’s nobody who knows about this information… but… there’s not a lot of people who actually APPLY it. So for that reason I call it a secret.

I can hear you thinking, “What is the secret already?”

The key to building muscle is REST. Lots of people don’t realize that you build muscle when you’re resting — NOT while you’re in the gym working out!

In fact, if most bodybuilders (and weight lifters too) don’t realize they’re actually over-training because they’re putting too much emphasis on working out and not enough emphasis on recovering!

So how can you benefit from this secret and start building more muscle today?

1. Sleep — A LOT. Most people are sleep deprived — especially athletes because when you work out a lot you need more sleep. Get at least 5 hours and 8 is better.

2. Eat A LOT — most people can’t gain lean muscle because they don’t eat enough. Especially if your’e a hard gainer you have to eat, eat, and eat some more. Definitely increase your intake of proteins (an easy way to do this is to drink at least one protein shake a day).

3. Stretch the muscles you last worked out. This will increase blood flow to the area ( which brings nutrients to the muscles — feeding them for growth) and will also help with any post- workout soreness and general recovery.

You may be asking yourself… “Can it really be that simple to build muscle?” Yes, it could be that simple for you.

What are some ways you can tell?

If you feel like you’ve hit a plateau… like you’re banging you head against a wall just trying to get a little more gains… if you’re bored with your workout… or you’re not growing as fast as you used to, then there’s a strong chance you might not be getting enough of this “Secret”. If this is true for you, then just increasing the quality of your rest could be just the ticket to start seeing more muscle mass.
