In recent years exhibitors have seen the cost to attend tradeshows sky rocketed by leaps and bounds. With this said, more and more exhibitors are searching for ways to cut costs. To this end many budget conscious exhibitors are turning to companies that provide turn-key rental booth programs. This turn-key rental program affords the client the luxury of a full custom booth at about a fraction of the cost.

Renting an exhibit can be a decision in itself. You certainly can choose to rent form the show contractor or some exhibit house which may provide you with a standard off the shelf exhibit. There is a drawback to this. The drawback is that your company now looks like every other company at the show. Your company is one of a kind; your exhibit booth should reflect that.

MULTI-RENTAL is basically where an exhibitor has more than 5 shows to attend but do not wish to own the properties. Clients commit to a 5 show term or a 3 year period. The client uses the booth without any refurbishment cost and storage fees. This program should be looked at closely because if you wish to store and service your own purchased trade show booth it maybe more cost efferent as a purchase.

Leasing your next trade show booth has a major advantage as opposed to purchasing the booth. You do not have to come up with the entire upfront exhibit booth cost. Depending on your lease you will however have to make monthly payment. The tax advantage of this program is great. You are able to write off some or if not all of the cost of the trade show booth. Please speak with your certified tax consultant about this before making this decision. Monthly payments must be made with interest. The booth is your responsibility, all storage and refurbishments will have to be paid by you the exhibitor. Depending on how long your payment terms are you may be ready for a new look with before your payments are up.
