To prepare your calendar you are going to start to monitor your cycles. The key here is to get organized as this will greatly help to identify any issues in the future. You may also want to consider keeping a diary of sorts which keeps track of your diet and exercise. The more information you have the more you will be able to identify a problem.

Getting organized can be challenging but it is really worth it. This will give you less to worry about plus you can share this information with your doctor. Remember to stick to the basics, such as frequent sex leading up to ovulation. During sex try and climax at the same time as this helps with the delivery of sperm. Watch what you eat and take your vitamins.
